10:15 am – 11:15 am – Energy Regulation: Reduce the regulatory burden on energy producers throughout North America; integrate continent-wide energy regulations and environmental restrictions; develop environmental policies which track the supply chain from production to distribution; expand cross border energy trade; exports to foreign markets including oil, natural gas, LNG, coal and electricity; negotiate trade agreements which benefit North America, not simply the U.S.; develop tax incentives to drive technological innovations across integrated North American platforms.
